General Description
“A one-story building with a gable roof covered in composition shingles and a concrete block foundation with no basement. The walls are sided with horizontal wood beveled clapboard siding. The rectangular building measures 42.5 x 30′. Alterations to the house in 1938, 1962 and 1964 have significantly compromised its architectural integrity but it does not intrude on the unity of the neighborhood. It is a noncontributing structure within the Chicken Ridge Historic District.”
