“A wood frame, one-story rectangular building (37′ x 18′) with a gable roof covered in wood shingles and a concrete foundation with a partial basement. Exterior walls are covered in horizontal beveled wood clapboard. It was significantly altered in 1989 and the architectural integrity compromised, however, it does not intrude on the neighborhood. It is a noncontributing structure within the Chicken Ridge Historic District.”
